I am a Church Strategist and Leadership Mentor with over 18 years' experience in banking and financial services, specialising in governance, risk, transformation, and financial crime controls, alongside many years of active church leadership and ministry service.

Having worked in leadership and transformation roles within financial services, I now bring that same structure and clarity into the Church. I currently serve within executive church leadership, supporting multiple departments across a growing church community.
